In the beginning, you’ll learn multiple areas of the business. As you grow in skill and leadership, you can focus on the division you’re most passionate about and develop into a leader who trains and mentors others.

  • Starting pay: $18/hour

  • Clear path to earning $50+ per hour

What the Job Requires

We serve businesses and homeowners year-round. That means:

  • Working in both good and challenging weather (including snow removal)

  • Standard hours and occasional odd hours

  • Overnight drive-through cleaning

  • Early morning snow & sidewalk clearing

  • Wearing a uniform and representing the brand professionally at all times

  • Maintaining professionalism even when driving a company vehicle after hours
